ABOUT US

A Passion for Technology a Love for Humans

We take a decidedly balanced view of the world; technology supports humans, and we’re the humans that support other humans using technology. When harmony is achieved, progress, innovation, and new ways of working better together reveal themselves.

THE REAL ROI OF IT INNOVATION

At any stage of your organization’s innovation journey, one thing is clear: identifying your IT Innovation ROI is complex and multi-layered. Innovation can carry the power to transform an organization and provide positive change. At Xterra, we recognize that the positive impact of technology can be significant. However, we also see the profound impact technology can have on the humans who rely on it to better their capacity to grow their potential, both as individuals and as part of a team. We’re honored to be trusted guides to our clients on this journey and confident that we’ll discover new potential together.

“We really focus on our mission statement to build a talented, fun, masterful engineering team to deliver excellence in I.T. services. We’re connected to our community. We’re connected to our local people and clients, and we love this city.”

In our previous lives, we’ve lived the doubt and uncertainty of not having the level of technical support needed to stay focused on mission-critical goals. Today, we bring to the table that empathy combined with hard-won experience to ensure you achieve the best outcomes to any technology challenge.

2

We want to be your trusted guide

We’re one part technology pathfinder, one part operational trailblazer, and one big part deeply experienced IT guide. So you can trust us to help define where you need to go and ensure the journey is enjoyably smooth.

3

We’re inclusive on everything

Our inclusivity encompasses all things human and extends to all things technology. We embrace diversity from people to platforms because it is often the catalyst to see a challenge through a new lens and achieve new and better outcomes.

4

We’re transparent

We place a significant value on having an open and honest relationship with our clients and team members. We believe sharing the peaks and valleys of any relationship fosters stronger bonds and encourages healthy growth.
